Huntsville, Alabama: MartinFederal Consulting, LLC. (MartinFederal), announces it has been named No. 48 on the 2021 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services by Great Place to Work® in the Small and Medium Businesses category.
To determine the 2021 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services list, Great Place to Work® analyzed confidential survey feedback representing more than 463,000 employees working in the consulting or professional services industries in the U.S. Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do. The remaining 15 percent of the rank is based on an assessment of all employees’ daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they are consistently experienced. To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard.
MartinFederal has been a Great Places to Work®-Certified company three years in a row with ninety-six percent rating in 2020 and is honored to be on this distinguished list for the first time along with two other Huntsville-based companies, PeopleTec, Inc. and HigherEchelon, Inc. As a company, one of MartinFederal’s core objectives is for all employees to truly believe they are its greatest asset. The company has focused on new and innovative ways to drive employee engagement. In the past two years, they created a position solely focused on employee engagement strategies, as well as launched several programs aimed at providing employees with opportunities to grow personally and professionally, including their MartinConnects Giving Fund and MartinMentors Leadership Development Program.
“Our entire team is excited to be named as one of the Best Workplaces for our industry,” said MartinFederal’s President, David Mathis, “Our company has seen exponential growth over the past four years, growing more than 250%. Our success is reliant on the well-being and engagement of our employees.
