Our dental plan includes coverage for diagnostic and preventive as well as basic and major dental services.

Our major medical PPO plan is provided by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Alabama. Benefits include inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, physician, preventive care, major medical benefits including a prescription drug program. We also offer a secondary health plan provided by Employee Benefit Services, which reduces the cost of primary plan deductible, out-of-pocket expenses, and co-pays. Those who enroll in our medical plan will also be enrolled into Telemedicine at no additional cost.

Our vision plan includes coverage for vision exams, lenses, lens enhancements, contacts, and frames.

Our 401k Plan, including a Roth option, is effective day one of hire. The company will begin matching day one of enrollment and offers a matching contribution that is above the industry average.

Our tuition assistance and professional development program offers a reimbursement plan that includes tuition and fees for colleges, as well as continuing education, certifications, and membership fees.

Our flexible spending and commuter benefit program allows for expenses to be paid with pre-tax dollars for certain health and dependent care expenses not reimbursed by insurance, and for certain work-related mass transit and parking expenses.
