Huntsville, Alabama: MartinFederal Consulting, LLC. (MartinFederal), has named Gerrit Burke as the Director of Engineering & Technical Solutions located in their corporate office in Huntsville, AL.
With more than ten years of experience bridging the gap between organizational business and technical leaders, Burke has supported and facilitated the growth of software development and engineering projects at Redstone Arsenal, the National Capital Region (NCR), and multinational collaborations across a diverse set of vehicles, including Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs). Supporting customers including DTRA, CCDC AvMC, PEO Aviation, PM ASE, and others, Burke builds on a background of complex technological challenges such as MUM-T, Open Systems Architecture, Information Technology, and Cybersecurity. He enjoys solving problems that simplify integrations, improve usability, and build a business case that supports technical achievement.

Prior to joining MartinFederal, Burke served as the Enterprise IT & Cybersecurity Business Development Lead at Dynetics, Inc. where he focused on business strategy, pipeline cultivation, capture, and development for large-scale efforts representing billions of dollars’ worth of potential business.
As a Huntsville native, Burke has a passion for small business and the innovative, community-focused spirit that has driven growth to Huntsville. He is involved in the non-profit community and currently serves as a Board Member for Camp Maranatha on Lake Guntersville.
Burke has a BAA in International Business and a BA in Spanish from Mississippi State University.
