(September 24, 2025) – MartinFederal Consulting, LLC (MartinFed) today announced the promotion of Brad Fuller from Executive Vice President, Cyber & IT to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Fuller will oversee MartinFed’s enterprise operations, ensuring consistent performance across programs and functions to support the company’s next phase of disciplined, scalable growth.
