Our MartinConnects Program was established to promote a culture of giving by connecting our people, their communities, and those in need.
Our MartinConnects Program was built on a foundation of giving. Our people share a unique care for the communities around us and we believe that giving back to our communities will have a lasting impact. By providing both financial and volunteer assistance to non-profit organizations nationwide, we can make a change one dollar and one hour at a time. Our people give back in many ways, from quarterly volunteer events to our employee giving fund, we will continue to make a difference in the communities around us.
Our MartinConnects Grants Program provides financial support to non-profits focusing on Veterans, Women & Children, STEM, and Homelessness. Our grants program helps foster a culture of giving by encouraging our people to not only give back financially, but also get involved in learning about how nonprofits are benefiting our communities. Each year, our Grants Program will award three to six grants to high-impact programs within our Focus Areas. Our goal is to make a positive difference through organizations within our communities where our employees live and work.
