In this role, Martin will lead the company’s integrated strategy across P&L, service delivery, growth, and business operations, ensuring MartinFed continues to deliver exceptional and scalable services and solutions for federal customers while accelerating the company’s growth trajectory.

As President, Martin will:
- Oversee P&L and service & solutions delivery, driving performance, quality, and innovation across lines of business.
- Lead company-wide growth initiatives, including market development, capture, and strategic partnerships.
- Direct business management operations that integrate scalable processes and systems aligned to corporate growth initiatives.

Martin joined MartinFed in June 2023 as Executive Vice President, Federal Solutions and has played a pivotal role in contributing to the company’s continued success. In this role, he led corporate growth and service delivery across each line of business serving customers in defense, intelligence, law enforcement, and civilian agencies.
