Huntsville, Alabama: MartinFederal Consulting, LLC (MartinFederal) has created a partnership with the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville through our employee-driven fund: MartinConnects. The fund’s mission is to connect MartinFederal employees with the needs of local non-profit organizations through charity and volunteer work.
The Community Foundation has grown into a valuable resource through grantmaking, fundraising, and networking through the NonProfit University. The foundation has won numerous awards including the 2016 Nonprofit of the Year and the GuideStar Platinum Seal of Transparency.

The Community Foundation currently manages over $15 million in charitable assets in approximately 1200 funds. These funds, including contributions from the Community Foundation, make grants to charities that help improve life for the community. They were able to distribute over $12.5 million in grants to nonprofit organizations in the local community and elsewhere since 2009! The Community Foundation takes a holistic view of the community and considers all categories of charitable endeavors to be vital to that quality of life – from education, environment, basic needs, health, and wellness, to lifestyle and emergency relief. The Community Foundation works with donors to help them achieve the maximum positive impact in the areas for which they are passionate.
