MartinFederal Obtains ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification

MartinFederal obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification from Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. within the scope of: Provision of Professional Services, Manpower Placement, Technical Support and Contract Management to Government Agencies and Commercial Industry.

Huntsville, Alabama: MartinFederal Consulting, LLC (MartinFederal) was visited on site by Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. to thoroughly assess and externally audit its Quality Management System (QMS) to support the development and implementation of a continuous process improvement approach aimed at improving product performance and customer satisfaction by meeting the customer’s requirements and quality expectations. Based on the audit results, MartinFederal met all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and was subsequently awarded certification January 22, 2018.

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 is the latest and most up to date criteria standard focusing on quality management principles that include: customer focus, Management commitment, continuous review and improvement, risk-based thinking, consistency and accountability throughout all organizational processes.
