MartinFederal enters All Small Mentor-Protégé Agreement with Innova Strategies and forms Joint Venture: Innova Martin Solutions.
Huntsville, Alabama: MartinFederal Consulting, LLC (MartinFederal) enters All Small Mentor- Protégé Agreement with Innova Strategies, LLC. MartinFederal and Innova Strategies’ mentor- protégé relationship will enhance the capabilities of the Protégé, Innova Strategies, assist in meeting the goals established in its business plan, and improve the Protégé ability to successfully compete for contracts. Specifically, the mentor-protégé agreement involves the Mentor aiding with Management and Technical Assistance, Business Development, and General Administration focusing on HR processes.

As part of the Mentor Protégé Agreement, Martin and Innova have formed a joint venture, Innova Martin Solutions (IMS). IMS maintains the broad range of past performance held by MartinFederal and Innova and qualifies as a WOSB and HUBZone company.
