Huntsville, Alabama: MartinFederal Consulting, LLC (MartinFederal)’s Human Resource and Quality Manager, Jaqueline Stanley, successfully passed the rigorous SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management – Certified Professionals) exam in May 2018.
SHRM certification is the industry leader in Human Resource professional development and supports more than 100,000 employers representing 140 million employees worldwide. The SHRM-CP exam is accredited by The Buros Center for Testing, stating that the HR credentials meet the highest standards in testing. “It is not just about having the title at the end of my name or the success of passing the exam, but to be able to show to the Company and myself, what I can bring to the table. It is an exciting time for MartinFederal and I couldn’t be more proud to be part of such a fantastic company who is willing to support me through the process. I am truly excited to see what other opportunities for growth are ahead for my future at MartinFederal,” said Jacqueline Stanley.
The SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge (SHRM BoCK) is the basis for the SHRM credentials that describes the behavioral competencies and HR knowledge that HR professionals need for effective job performance. The SHRM-CP credentials set you apart from others in your field, proving your high level of knowledge and skills that are globally applicable and universally recognized.
There is a recertification process to complete every three years to ensure knowledgeable growth. The process helps tremendously with current situations as each organization goes through many types of changes and hires new employees making that necessary for this type of profession.
“Jackie comes to work with a smile, is a servant leader to the entire team, and is committed to MartinFederal’s goal of delivering excellence to our employees and our customers. I’m proud to have her on the team and her accomplishment of becoming a Certified SHRM Professional.
