Stacy Hobson

Sr. Manager, National Security Programs

Stacy Hobson has been an IT Business Management professional within the DoD and IC for over 14 years. Stacy partners with Warfighters, CEOs, executives, and specialists to provide high value business process analysis, process improvement, project planning, project management, policy implementation, and strategic analysis.

Prior to joining the MartinFederal team, Stacy worked at a Virginia-based IT solutions firm where she enjoyed managing and executing IT related contracts and programs within a National Security Business Unit. She and her team were instrumental in the successful execution of contracts providing the highest quality IT solutions to our military and intelligence community. Stacy led the charge to structure the National Security Business Unit, utilizing her keen process improvement skills and Six Sigma credentials obtained in the private sector and military support roles.

Prior to working as a Program/Project Manager in the Government contracting realm, Stacy proudly supported Air Force General Officers and SESs by providing executive support, project management, program review, and budget oversight. At this position, she honed her critical thinking skills and her innate ability to effectively communicate with personnel in the highest levels of Government. This has been the hallmark of Stacy’s career and is what ignited her passion for providing the highest quality service to our nation’s defenders and warfighters.

Stacy received her B.S. degree in Biological Science and a Minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1996 and received an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005. She has deep family roots in the military with both her husband and her brother having served in the United States Marine Corps. Stacy is an avid equestrian, competitive pistol shooter, dog lover and is a self-proclaimed wine connoisseur. She and her husband Hank have lived in northern Virginia for 15 years.
